There’s nothing of the sort as the ideal running shoe. With regards to running, a wide range of things become an integral factor – your biomechanics, your weight, the surface you run on and the state of your feet, which means nobody shoe will suit each sort of sprinter.
Something we’ve seen throughout the times of creating shoe audits at RW is simply the manner in which our system of sprinters convey what needs be the point at which they’re documenting their criticism on the shoes they’ve tried. Regularly, they don’t discuss the things the shoe does however rather concentrate on the things it doesn’t do. As in: it doesn’t squeeze, it doesn’t feel substantial, it doesn’t make their feet sweat –, etc. This shows, for some sprinters, the point in picking footwear is basically to discover shoes that avoid your direction, don’t interrupt your run and simply enable you to continue ahead with it. The more experienced you become, the more you may search for a particular required trademark inside a shoe – which is the reason we give each model such a careful review – however it merits recollecting that, at a fundamental level, comfort is critical.
